Check-in / Check-out
The apartments can be rented for a week, halfweek or weekend. The arrival days are on Monday or Friday. Check-in is from 15.00 hours. In case you arrive at the hotel before 15.00 hours, it is possible to leave your luggage at the reception. If you would like to check-in after 22.00 hours, please contact the reception of the Strandhotel before 20.00 hours.
The check-out time of the apartment is 11.00 hours. If you would like to use the apartment for a longer period, please inform the reception for possibilities. You are welcome to leave your luggage at the reception if you require this after check-out.
Cancellation policy
All the reservations of the Strandhotel are conform with the ‘’The Uniform Conditions for the Hotel and Catering Industry’’. For more information concerning this policy please click here.
Service
The apartments come without service, but includes towels and tea towels. For your convenience and hygiene reasons, the collected refuse will be picked up by a Strandhotel staff member on a daily basis.
It is also possible to upgrade your stay with hotel service. The following will be included:
Daily cleaning of the apartment (excluding the washing of dirty dishes)
The possibility to receive clean towels and linen on a daily basis.
Deposit
At check-in we require a cash deposit of € 100,00. This deposit may be used to cover unnecessary cleaning cost and/or damage to the apartment.
Pets
Pets are not allowed in the apartment. However, we do make an exception for small dogs (max 15 kg), provided that they meet the following conditions:
No moulting dogs
No noise nuisance
Do not leave the dog unattended in the hotel
The dog has its own sleeping pillow/basket (it is not permitted to use the bed linen of the apartment for this purpose)
A surcharge of € 15,00 per dog per night will be added to the room price. (max. 1 dog per apartment)
In case the dog causes damage or extreme fouling to the room or hotel, we hold the contact person of the room responsible.
